Latest Walk Updates

We are now less than two weeks away from the fourth annual Drumley Walk (Friday 15th – Sunday 17th August) and, ONLY 3 DAYS TO GO TO REGISTER AND PAY !

If you haven’t paid – GET ONTO IT NOW! Payment is due this Thursday August 7! (see website walker registration for costs www.thedrumleywalk.com and see payment options below)

This bulletin will be the first of many, aimed at making the Walk as safe and enjoyable as possible, for all concerned.

For those registering and walking for the first time, it will pay to note - this event is managed by community volunteers. If it APPEARS we have overlooked something – that’s because we probably have. But feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to fix it, or find someone to blame.

Friday Night Accommodation

For those of you considering staying Friday night, unfortunately we are now booked out of accommodation. You can still walk during the day and book in for “The Tastes of Tamborine” Dinner, but our accommodation is booked out. If you haven’t paid for Friday night or haven’t been in contact by phone then you haven’t a room. If you have already paid for a room, or have been in contact by phone to confirm you are coming, then one has been booked for you.

Bus Transfers

If you are walking and need a transfer back to your car at the end of the day (or at the end of the walk) please let us know by replying to this email.

T-Shirts

In addition to the fees for daily walk registration and accommodation (where applicable) you may care to purchase a red Tee Shirt, bearing The Drumley Walk’s distinctive axe logo and printing front and back.

Sizes are:
Womens: Sizes 8, 10, 12, 14.
Mens: Sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL & XXL.
Unisex: Sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, XXXL.

Available on the day – first in best dressed.
